Retards in the Government 21

This is the 21st edition of Retards in the Government and it is a packed house in here!  25 retards in one blow have all been deprived of their police powers! 25! The political corruption never ends in the Philippines.

Bribery.  Stock markets.  Social Security System. With billions floating around corruption can be tempting.

The head of the country’s narcotics control body has resigned after just five months in the job, the second successive official to vacate the post after making statements contradicting President Rodrigo Duterte.
“My rule is the boss is always right and if you think the boss is not right, refer to rule No. 1,” Santiago said, adding he had already submitted a two-sentence resignation letter.
Never, ever, ever contradict Duterte especially if he has placed you in a position of power.  Only the most ungrateful would ever dare speak contrary to what Duterte has decided.  Remember what happened to the guy before him?

Initial reports were wrong about Dionisio Santiago quitting.  He too was fired albeit he was given the option, after forty-four years of government service, to quietly resign rather than be publicly excoriated.  How nice of Duterte.

"I was hurt because I served the government for 44 years. Hindi ito ang way out na ine-expect ko," Santiago added.

Plunder rap?  I wish.

My name is Sonny and I'm here to say
I threaten to file lawsuits everyday
Watch your back when step 'round me
Cus if you don't you're next ya see!

What a mess this situation is.  Now they have finally decide to charge him for his role in this tragedy. Funny thing is Duterte and Triallanes both agree about disagreeing with this decision.

Some Filipinos say they really want Duterte to declare a revolutionary government.  They are openly in favour of a dictatorship. Lorenzana now says "No way." He must be a Yellow destabiliser!

Four years later and the job is still not done! Just imagine how the Marawi rehabilitation will turn out four years from now.

This is the same guy who tells the EU to F-off and stop messing with Philippine sovereignty when they criticise the drug war.
Seeing as how this happened last month that means this is either politically motivated or these guys are very slow. Probably both are true.

25 alleged narco politicians deprived of police powers but allowed to remain in office? Unproven allegations will destroy a man's life these days. All these men will likely end up dead during a raid at 2 am.

Nearly impossible to end illegal drugs by 2022?  Ya don't say!  No kidding! Who'd've thought? Expect this guy to be forced to resign for offending Duterte.
