Felix Dela Cruz was detained hours after the body of the Grade 5 pupil was unearthed at a grassy lot in Siclong before midnight on Wednesday, said Senior Insp. Christopher Baluyot, Laur police chief. The girl’s nude remains were stuffed in a sack. 

Police said Dela Cruz admitted killing the girl, saying he was lashing out against Navarro.

Not only is Felix Dela Cruz a rapist and a murderer but he is also liar. He did not rape this girl because he was lashing out against her father. What sense does that make anyway?

He raped this girl because she was beautiful and he murdered her because he did not want anyone else to get a taste of her beauty.  

If you think that analysis is wrong just ask Duterte. The President knows why rape happens.

Now I'm going to give you my opinion. It will be more truthful and scriptural and to the point than all the pundits and amateur theologians have cared to offer.

Who hardened Pharoh's heart?

Who directs the steps of men

The answer to every single one of those questions is God. It is God who is in charge of all things in this world that he has created. There is nothing outside of his control, his sovereignty, his will and pleasure. Not even the desires of the human heart and the steps of men.

What does this all mean?

It means that God set up Duterte to be the Ruler and Governor and President of the Republic of the Philippines. Did Filipinos vote him in? Yes. But who guides the hearts and minds of men and directs them in their course?  Who is it that gave the Israelites an evil king after they clamoured for one? Who controls the outcome of the casting of the lot?

Proverbs 16:33: The lot is cast into the lap; but the whole disposing thereof is of the LORD.

God. God set evil King Saul on his throne. He set Nebuchadnezzar on his throne. He raised up Alexander and Ceaser and in these last days he has raised up Duterte through the casting of the lot, that is to say the vote. Even Duterte acknowledged that!

And as he does with all men God is working in the heart of Duterte directing it and causing him by those invisible strings of Providence by which all things are bound and conducted to be brought to his appointed end. Through these blasphemous spewings from the darkened heart of Duterte we find that he is not a good man for out of the heart proceedes that which a man is.

Matthew 15:18: But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man.

Who can cleanse the filthy heart of any man? Only God. That is his prerogative and He has chosen to allow Duterte to wallow in his filth. God has taken this man who was already a hardened soul and is now making manifest the true character of this individual in a way that cannot be denied. Is calling God stupid Duterte's opinion? Yes. And that is the point. That is the problem. That is the proof that his heart is hardened and his mind darkened and blinded by the god of this world.

I Corinthians 12:3: Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

But you will say, "Duterte did not call Jesus accursed."

In calling the God who created the world a son of a bitch he truly did call Jesus accursed because it is through the Son that the Father created the world. Jesus Christ is the creator.

Hebrews 1:1: God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 

Hebrews 1:2: Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

God has hardened Duterte's heart. God has caused him to curse against Himself. Does that sound funny to you? That God has caused Duterte to curse God? I don't deny it. That is the mystery of providence. That God works in us and through us and yet we do all things freely and without compunction. Remember Pharaoh hardened his heart too.

Exodus 8:32: And Pharaoh hardened his heart at this time also, neither would he let the people go.

What are we to learn from this? If you aren't a Christian then it doesn't matter.  All you have is Duterte. But if you are a Christian, if you really do believe in God and Jesus Christ then listen to the words of Jesus:

John 18:36: Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.

Does that mean you must flee the world like a monk or have no business politically like Jehovah's Witnesses? No. Daniel, Joseph, Esther, and Nehemiah are all examples of holy men who served wicked rulers. God placed those men in their positions. The lesson is not to shun political participation.

The lesson is that this world is not your home. The men who rule this world will never bring it into submission. Crime and drugs and evil and corruption will never be eradicated in this present evil world. The solution is to seek the kingdom which is above and not to put faith in the men of this world whoever they be. 

Isaiah 2:22: Cease ye from man, whose breath is in his nostrils: for wherein is he to be accounted of?

Some are good, some are evil, but they are all men and they are all servants and tools of the Most High God.

Even Duterte.

Topsy Turvy Philippines

A little honesty goes a long way.  Finally Duterte has come clean about the real state of the Philippines.  The state we with eyes to see have been seeing all along. The Philippines is only a semblance of a nation.

A Television in Every Jail Cell

Duterte is concerned.  He is concerned about prisoners and their lack of entertainment.

Speaking to personnel of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) in the camp on Wednesday, October 18, Duterte promised he would foot the bill for installing televisions in each cell. 

"We would want to give them everything but I told them, each and every cell would have a TV by the end of the month. That's what I can give you for now," he said in a mix of English and Filipino. 

The President said he pitied the prisoners because they had nothing to help them while away the long hours in jail. 

"Nakakaawa naman 'yung mga preso, walang libangan (The prisoners are pitiful, they have no form of entertainment)," he said.

Oh my. Nothing to do but rot in your cell all day?  No form of entertainment? Better spend thousands of pesos on television sets for each jail cell.  Nothing says "tough on crime" like giving every prisoner his very on television set courtesy of the Filipino taxpayer.

Has he gone soft?  Kill all criminals but if they make it alive to trial and then to prison, give them a television so they won't get bored.

It was reported earlier that the power outage inside detention facility has been going on for about a week now. Electricity was said to be cut off due to the district jail’s unpaid bill worth millions of pesos.

Millions of pesos in unpaid electric bills?  And Duterte wants to give them all televisions which will mean even more electricity use which they can't pay already?  How ridiculous!

How about Duterte gives each of these prisoners a Bible.  That is the standard form of entertainment for prisoners.  They don't need to be watching television. Certainly each cell does not need it's own tv set.  Watching TV all day will rot their brain and cause them to learn nothing.

Reading the Bible might actually turn their lives around.

The Filipino People Are Enemies of the State

According to the Citizen National Guard, a group backed by Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II and Public Attorney’s Office chief Persida Acosta, Philippine citizens who dissent from the current administrations policies are enemies of the state.

The newly-formed group Citizen National Guard claimed that the country is under siege from the “enemies of the state” who are out to destabilize the government and oust President Rodrigo Duterte. 

As far as the CNG is concerned, their so-called “enemies of the state” do not differ from legitimate political dissenters. 

“If you are a political opponent, why don’t you stand up categorically and say we are not pushing for regime change? Don’t say that we’re not destabilizers. You say it is our interest and the interest of the country that Mr. Duterte continues as the president for the rest of his term,” CNG founder Antonio Valdes said on ANC’s “Headstart.” 

Valdes said it is not enough that people say they are not out to oust the president. 

“A denial of being a destabilizer and somebody who’s working for a regime change, it’s like admitting you’re already seditious,” he said. 

The former Department of Education undersecretary added: “They should be president if they think they can handle it differently.” 

Former Department of National Defense director Horacio Gonzalez said chaos is the objective of the so-called “enemies of the state.” 

“Once there’s no strong leader, all of these other sectors will be able to achieve what they want to achieve. The terrorists will be able to forcibly take positions, areas. The same thing with the CPP-NPA, the same thing with the drugs, the same thing with everybody,” Gonzalez said. 

“Conspiracy to oust the president [is something that] you can see that on the papers, you can see that on the television, you can hear that on radio. It’s everywhere,” Valdes said. 

Although he welcomes criticisms targeted at the president, Gonzalez said critics should let Duterte do his job then file charges after his term.

This right here is how a nation goes from a free state to a totalitarian dictatorship. Quashing dissent and labelling your opponents enemies of the state trying to destabilise the government are the tactics of those who wish to grab the reigns of power and rule as they please. 

This group is a private organisation.  It is not a government organisation but the backing of government officials Aguirre and Acosta gives it legitimacy.  This group is akin to Hitler's Brownshirts, the Sturmabteilung.

It played a significant role in Adolf Hitler's rise to power in the 1920s and 1930s. Its primary purposes were providing protection for Nazi rallies and assemblies, disrupting the meetings of opposing parties, fighting against the paramilitary units of the opposing parties, especially the Red Front Fighters League (Rotfrontkämpferbund) of the Communist Party of Germany (KPD), and intimidating Slavic and Romani people, unionists, and Jews – for instance, during the Nazi boycott of Jewish businesses.

President Duterte last night heaped insults anew at Commission on Human Rights (CHR) Chairman Chito Gascon, asking him if he is “gay” or a “pedophile.” 

Duterte again hit the CHR for allegedly being so concerned with the killing of teenagers in the government’s war against drugs but ignoring other cases of abuse. 

“Itong si Gascon…parang pedophile kang pu**** i** ka! Bakit ka mahilig masyado sa teenager (This Gascon…he is like a pedophile, son of a b****! Why are you so fond of teenagers)?” Duterte said in Davao after the release of SPO2 George Canete Rupinta, who had been held for three months by the New People’s Army. 

“Nagdududa tuloy ako eh. Bakla ka o pedophile ka? (I now have my doubts. Are you gay or a pedophile)? Why is this guy suffocated about the issue of young people, especially boys? Are you a pedophile? Do you want the young? You almost cry blood. Of course it’s repugnant. You are so fixated with young males. So I have doubts if you are a pedophile, gago ka (you are stupid), idiot,” he added.

Duterte also said he wants to meet Gascon one of these days, and accused the CHR chief of being a political pawn and spokesman of the Liberal Party and other critics who want him out of the presidency.

Duterte is right about Gascon being a political pawn.  But Duterte is the one making the moves. Not the Liberal Party.

It is expected that Duterte's dirty mouth will always spew his twisted thoughts every time he opens it. But check out the foot this congressman just stuck in his mouth.

Oriental Mindoro Rep. Reynaldo Umali on Friday said the Commission on Human Rights (CHR) had only itself to blame for the House of Representatives’ decision to cut the agency’s 2018 budget to P1,000.

Umali, a lawyer who chairs the House justice committee, said the CHR never said a word when the human rights of congressmen were violated. 

“Actually we are victims ourselves,” he said, citing cases when the communist New People’s Army (NPA) extorted fees for permits to campaign in areas controlled by the insurgents. 

“There’s no effort to protect the rights of the elected representatives of the people,” said Umali, who graduated from  Manuel L. Quezon University College of Law in 1987. 

The 60-year-old lawmaker said the CHR should have also looked into human rights violations committed by others besides the police and the military.

This man just admitted that he paid extortion fees to the NPA so he could campaign for election.  He just admitted that he is helping to finance the NPA! He just admitted that his hands are covered in the blood of all the innocent civilians, soldiers, and PNP officers the NPA has ruthlessly slaughtered.

Did he even think about the implications of what he just said?  He has literally admitted to aiding and abetting terrorists!! He admitted that he has paid these fees like a little scared puppy dog who cannot stand up for what is right!! He admitted that he is basically a worthless scoundrel who won't protect the Filipinos or the Philippines from terrorists but will instead cave into their demands!! He admitted that the NPA is in control and that the Philippine government is not.

Did he alert the PNP? The NBI? The AFP?  Did he ask for help from the CHR who he thinks should have investigated the case?  Did he tell anyone ever????  Or did he just pay the extortion and shut his mouth like a good little boy who does what he is told?

As an elected official and a lawyer this guy represents the best and the brightest the Philippines has to offer.  What a shame.

As for his idiotic statement that the CHR should have looked into human rights violations committed by non-sate actors maybe this infographic will help him get sorted out.  Probably not.

Who is Really Destabilising the Philippines?

If there is one thing that repeatedly comes up in the blogosphere and in the news that is most irritating and perplexing it would have to be the notion of the "destabilisation plot."  It works like this:

Duterte is the best president the Philippines has ever had and the only reason his policies are failing is because the opposition political party (the Yellows or LP or Liberal Party) or nefarious foreign actors (the CIA) are actually and potentially planning to destabilise the government and oust Duterte.

There are a few names perennially associated with these plots: Sen. Trillanes, Leni Robredo, Leila De Lima, and rich Filipina Loida Lewis among others.  Loida Lewis is the widow of a rich American and has millions of dollars to spend on influencing the public and subverting the political sphere of the Philippines all the way from her home in NYC. But of course Robredo, De Lima, and the whole Yellow Party apparatus are also blamed.

Let's take a look at just the tip of the iceberg of this nonsense. Where to start though? There is so much garbage to wade through. It's like the Pasig River!

Solicitor General Jose Calida yesterday claimed that the “yellows” are behind a destabilization plot against the administration of President Duterte and warned that they would be made to pay for it. 

Calida told The STAR that his office has started gathering evidence in preparation for criminal cases against those behind the plan to bring down the Duterte administration. 

“There are obviously many attempts to bring down the President, which are part of a grand plan. Now, they are doing it before the international community to gather attention and sympathy,” he stressed. 

“I am now building the cases. To paraphrase a Bible verse, they who sow the wind shall reap the whirlwind,” he added. 

Calida did not identify who would be the possible subjects of the cases, but stressed they are mostly “yellows” or political personalities identified with the Liberal Party. 

He believes the complaint filed by Jude Jose Sabio, lawyer of self-confessed hit man Edgar Matobato, was baseless and only meant to destabilize the administration. 

“Matobato is being coddled by (Sen. Antonio) Trillanes. So you would know the agenda right away,” Calida said. 

Asked if he believes former president Benigno Aquino III could be part of the destabilization plot, Calida said: “He is the yellowest of them all.” 

SolGen Calida is a funny guy.  If anyone is destabilising the government it is men like him who allowed the Marawi siege to take place knowing about it full well in advance.

The fever dreams of diehard Duterte loyalists who do not take criticism lightly and think every bit of criticism is one piece of an intricate plot to destabilise the country and oust Duterte. They can't even get their story straight.  Is it the Yellows? The CIA? Robredo? Trillanes? Aquino? Maybe it's the Bavarian Illuminati? Or how about the CFR or the Trilateral Commission or the Jesuits or the Masons?  So many groups to choose from. Does the CFR even care about what happens in the Philippines?

Take a look at the date on the headline "Yellows to face raps."  That is from May 1, 2017.  In that article Calida says he is building the cases which means more than one person is being investigated. So where are the charges? Is the investigation still ongoing? Who is doing the investigating?  Who is being investigated and for what exactly? It's all bunk. More than likely there never was and never has been an investigation into any so-called destabilisation plot because there has never been any such plot in the first place.

Duterte's drug war has lead to the deaths of thousands of people.  Some of whom might even have been innocent.  Some have even been children. All are dead. And the big fish are still swimming free. Shabu still sneaks through customs because the corrupt officials who run it are easily bribed.

The AFP, PNP, DND, and Duterte himself all admit that there was no failure of intelligence in Marawi.  They knew about it well in advance.  They allowed arms to flow into Marawi and turned a blind eye to the whole situation because of the peace talks with MILF. Duterte even dared Maute to attack Marawi. To date there has been no investigation into the government's wilful ignorance of intelligence reports which led to the siege.  Who knew what and when did they know it and why was nothing done? Without a proper investigation we will never know and these kind of mishaps will continue to happen.

The Philippines is a failed nation and has been destabilised for quite some time. Communist insurgents and Muslim terrorists coupled with a corrupt and inept government have fuelled the destabilisation of the Philippines before, during, and after Marcos.  If Filipinos want a stable country there is a whole lot of work to do and blame shifting won't help one bit.
