Retards in the Government 156

It's your weekly compendium of foolishness and corruption in the Philippine government.

https://www.philstar.com/headlines/2020/05/22/2015767/ocd-deputy-administrator-sacked-over-loss-trust-and-confidence
President Rodrigo Duterte has fired Office of Civil Defense Deputy Administrator Kristoffer James Purisima, Malacañang said Friday.
In a statement, presidential spokesperson Harry Roque sad Purisima, who holds the rank of assistant secretary, has been “relieved from his post effective immediately due to loss of trust and confidence.”
In OCD, Purisima’s function included managing the consequences of disasters and supervising the office’s central operations, internal affairs and administrative concerns.
He also served as the spokesperson of the Task Force Bangon Marawi.
According to the OCD’s website, the position of the deputy administrator is now occupied by Assistant Secretary Casiano Monilla.
OCD is the defense department agency tasked to consolidate all medicines, medical equipment and supplies and health products donated to the Department of Health that were intended to support the fight against the novel coronavirus.
Sounds like this man is taking the fall for purchasing all the overpriced equipment for the DOH.

Police Staff Sergeant Joe Marc Ebon, 37, was arrested by his superiors at the quarantine control checkpoint in Barangay Velasco, Lemery, Iloilo at around 2:30 p.m. of May 21, 2020.
Policemen seized 69 boxes of Tanduay Rhum (375 ml) from the vehicle.
Police Col. Paul Kenneth Lucas, chief of the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO), said that Police Staff Sergeant Jose Digcabo-on Jr. was one of the two people caught in Guimbal town last May 20.
Digcabo-on, who is assigned to the Regional Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit (RPHAU) of Police Regional Office (PRO-6), is the third policeman in Iloilo to have been arrested for this violation.
He was arrested with 47-year-old Leo Faldas who was driving the white van that was stopped for not having a travel pass.
Digcabo-on allegedly tried to intervene and tried to stop his fellow policemen from arresting Faldas and himself.
Because of these men's actions their superiors lost their jobs.

Two junior commanders of the Police Regional Office (PRO) 6 (Western Visayas) were relieved from their assignments after they failed to discipline their subordinates who have violated the liquor ban.
A statement on Saturday said Brig. Gen. Rene Pamuspusan, PRO 6 regional director, relieved Lt. George Caño, 2nd mobile platoon leader of the 2nd Iloilo Provincial Mobile Force Company based in Cabaguhan village, Batad, Iloilo.
He was reassigned to the Regional Personnel Holding and Accounting Unit (RPHAU) at PRO-6 Headquarters.
Caño’s subordinate, Staff Sgt. Joe Marc Ebon, was nabbed along with three civilians sneaking 69 boxes of liquor through a checkpoint in Velasco village, Lemery town on May 21.
Meanwhile, Capt. Victor Bacinilio, supervisor of RPHAU is now detailed at Regional Headquarters Support Unit after his subordinate Staff Sgt. Jose Digcabo-o Jr. also violated the liquor ban.
Digcabo-on was nabbed on May 20, for transporting 60 boxes of liquor.
Pamuspusan has earlier warned police commanders that they will be held accountable for the misdeeds of their personnel.
A “one-strike policy" is being implemented by the PRO-6, which means the immediate relief of commanders who will fail to act on the offense of their subordinates.
Being held accountable for their subordinates is not unfair but a "one-strike policy" certainly is. How are they supposed to "act on the offense of their subordinates" with a one-strike policy in place?

At least 405 local government officials are accused of corruption in the distribution of emergency cash subsidy under the national government’s social amelioration program.
The police Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said yesterday the local officials are facing investigation for reportedly having taken advantage of the cash aid program for their own benefit.
The officials allegedly included their relatives and unqualified recipients in the list of beneficiaries, and divided the cash to other poor households not on the list.
This number continues to rise.  It will probably rise even higher.

“Honestly, we were more dismayed, more disappointed. It seems there was no effort,” Lacson said in Filipino in an interview with DWIZ when asked about Senate’s opinion if Duque’s leadership was impressive or disappointing.
That’s what you call hubris,” he added. “Because he wasn’t removed, whatever calls you make or whatever lapses I make, the President still loves me. He won’t remove me. Isn’t that called hubris? Too much self-confidence, your efficiency is affected.”
When the Senate of the Philippines thinks you are filled with hubris you know you are really in a bad spot!

A retired Army soldier was arrested on May 23 for peddling P430,348-worth of suspected shabu, or crystal meth, at Maddarulug village in the Cagayan town of Solana, police said on Monday (May 25).
Ricardo Remegio Jr., 48, was arrested and detained after he handed a plastic bag containing the contraband to a police asset, said Brig. Gen. Angelito Casimiro, Cagayan Valley regional police director.
He's not the first and he certainly won't be the last retired soldier to be caught selling drugs.

Unidentified gunmen shot dead the spokesperson of the Cotabato City government while taking his breakfast at a roadside eatery here Monday morning.
Rolen Balquin, chief of the Cotabato City Public Safety Office, said Aniceto Rasalan, 58, secretary of Cotabato City Mayor Cynthia Guiani-Sayadi, was shot while taking his breakfast at the Se Hua Carinderia along Notre Dame Avenue, Cotabato City at past 7 a.m.
“Rasalan was alone when shot dead," Balquin said.
Balquin said Rasalan was shot in the head by two motorcycle-riding men. He was declared dead on arrival at the Cotabato Regional and Medical Center.
Bullets for breakfast!

https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1103835
Malacañang on Monday said the Philippines’ coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) national testing capacity is now 32,000 tests a day.
“This is to clarify that I was referring to our national testing capacity, which is now at 32,000/day, when I earlier mentioned that we have already conducted and surpassed the 30,000 target last May 20,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in a statement.
Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire clarified to reporters on Monday that the 32,000 testing capacity claimed by Roque only refers to the "estimated maximum capacity" of all licensed labs in the country – not the actual tests done.
This means that all 42 licensed laboratories can conduct an estimated 32,000 tests in total "based on the number of machines, number of HR (human resources), and the operating hours per laboratory."
The number 32,000 is based on an estimate of all labs operating under the best circumstances and its not actual.  But there is more from the DOH.

After reaching 11,000 COVID-19 tests a day, the Department of Health (DOH) bared Wednesday that it has observed a “downward trend” in the daily output of accredited testing laboratories since last week due to some operational issues.
For the last two days, the actual COVID-19 tests done by the testing centers has gone down to around 5,000 a day, while some laboratories reporting it did not conduct any test, data from the DOH’s daily Situational Report showed.
According to Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire, the slowdown is primarily because some laboratories lack sufficient supplies to conduct tests.
“We had a meeting with all our laboratories yesterday because we are seeing a downward trend,” Vergeire said in an online Kapihan sa Manila Bay media forum.
One of the main issues again is the supplies. Some of our laboratories lack supplies for these past days na kailangan nating i-source out para mabigyan natin sila,” she added.
The labs lack supplies and the number of tests has decreased! So how can Roque claim its 32,000 per day!?

The DOH finally justified their bad data due to lack of personnel!

https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1280036/doh-gap-in-virus-data-explained
The Department of Health (DOH) explained that the “long and tedious” verification process as well as the lack of personnel ensuring the accuracy of data were among the reasons for the growing gap between the number of persons who had tested positive for the new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and the reported confirmed cases.
And as it is, Vergeire said the country did not have enough disease surveillance officers (DSOs) assigned to various tasks such as monitoring cases, encoding a patient’s case investigation form (CIF) and uploading it into their information system.
In a number of cases, she noted that DSOs have to individually call up patients, hospitals or testing laboratories especially when the CIFs sent to them were incomplete.
“While our DSOs make sure that the data they input in our information system is correct, they are also on the lookout for the possibility of duplications,” she said.
(This is my personal opinion, but like I said, I only have one vote. If I may, I would open up my friend’s experience with ABS-CBN. I have a friend who was previously allegedly tagged as a drug lord. In a hearing, ABS-CBN reported that Paolo Duterte was a drug lord.)
Davila, for her part, clarified that “no anchor or journalist would ever name any authority as a drug lord and calling it a fact because that would be extremely libelous.”
“It will be of course ABS-CBN who will be checking into these allegations by looking through the files, looking at all the stories done,” Davila said.
This guy wants to investigate ABS-CBN because they covered the news story where Paolo Duterte was acted of being a drug lord. Bias all around when it comes to the situation with ABS-CBN.

The God Culture: Flat Earthers and Pharisees From Clown World

This post will be quite direct and to the point. There will be no analysis of The God Culture's videos. It's not needed. Instead we have direct testimony from Timothy Jay Schwab himself in the comment section of one of his videos.

https://youtu.be/rup6RmXVi8g

A little background first. Tim and company believe that the Rivers of Eden are deep sea trenches that encircle the earth. But wait! They don't encircle the earth according to Tim because he does not believe the earth is a globe! From the comments of the above video we read the following exchange:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rup6RmXVi8g&lc=UgysxZIhmPY_8ro1dCN4AaABAg
Kurt Stephen: Hi TGC! In your own understanding, does  the earth flat or sphere?
The God Culture: The Bible lays out a flat earth and science tells us it's a sphere. We'll let those debate that but in reading the Bible, we are going to do so in the right paradigm and the writers did not discuss the cosmology of a sphere. Yah Bless.
The earth is flat according to Timothy Jay Schwab. The Bible tells him so.

Actually it does not tell him so because the Bible is not a science text book. However experimentation, daily experience, and actual satellite photographs of the planet tell a wholly different story which is that the world is just as round as Timothy Jay Schwab's middle aged pot belly.

But wait, there's more!

From "Rivers & Garden Of Eden FOUND! The Best Theory. Fits the Bible. Flood Series 6A. Ophir:"

https://youtu.be/QtRX157VgGA
1:02:36 - See this is more than a theory at his point as we are well on our way to proving this if only we could bring together a team of scientists to fully vet this. But too many are stuck in false paradigms unfortunately even those in the Christian arena which are set all over the academic world unfortunately. Many have said they would like to see this system on a flat earth map as well so here you go. We do not breach that topic as of yet because it is too polarizing but we have no issue with people researching the topic and actually we encourage everyone to prove all things.
The comment section of this video is full of positive flat earth comments to which The God Culture responds "Yah bless" or worse!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtRX157VgGA&amp=&lc=UgwqQW2BH_dMolVYuc54AaABAg
Nisi Ryan Cruz: Is there any mention in the bible that we are revolving around the sun?

The God Culture: None. Only the sun having a course and standing still during the days of Joshua indicating movement. Yah Bless.
Not only is the earth flat but it is motionless! Tim has devolved back to geocentricity so much so that he does not even believe that the Sun is 90 million miles from the Earth. He quotes from Enoch 8:3:
66:25 "Shamsiel the signs of the sun." Probably the false facts that it is 90 million light years away perhaps? Which is never, ever been proven. Uh, sunspots?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-nAf2cIvVU
I agree that the sun is NOT 90 million LIGHT YEARS AWAY from Earth. If it was we would all be dead because it would be outside of the Milky Way which is only 170,000 - 200,000 light years in diameter! Clearly he means 90 million miles but it's a funny slip up and even with the correction he is still dead wrong. It is not false science that the sun is 90 million miles away and it has been proven. Just as the Greeks knew the earth was round they also knew the sun was farther from the earth than the moon and had the distance down pretty close. What do sunspots have to do with anything?

In another comment Tim is asked to make a video about the earth being not a globe and he says that he may do so in time.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtRX157VgGA&amp=&lc=UgwK3un-aHw8NSfM8dx4AaABAg
Johnny 2Shadows: You guys should definitely do a video "proving" how Yahuahs word does NOT speak of a globe earth!
The God Culture: We may in time but we aren't ready for that one yet. Already sparking enough controversy as it is. Yah Bless.
When confronted with this information The God Culture denies it all!
We have no videos on flat earth and our group has never reached such consensus. Only a liar would say otherwise and there ya go, he just did.
http://philippinefails.blogspot.com/2020/05/the-god-culture-just-another-anti.html?showComment=1590162073066#c4950760814771191480
No videos on the subject? Ok sure.  But no consensus on the matter?  Then why these comments affirming the earth is flat?  Is Tim going against the mind of "the group" by posting these comments? Only a blind man could fail to see that Timothy Jay Schwab of the The God Culture affirms the earth is flat and that he bases that belief on scripture.

Tim and his gang love to repeat the same talking points. One of them is the following quote from Einstein.

"Condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance."
The problem is Einstein never said this. It is actually a quote from William Paley which has been mangled and misattributed during a centuries long telephone game.  You can read the whole history of the phrase in a paper titled, "The Survival of a Fitting Quotation."

Is the principle itself true? Maybe. Sometimes certainly not. Do I really need to smoke shabu before I can condemn it? One does not need to taste or even see the fruit of a tree to know what kind of tree one is looking at. The bark, branches, and leaves tell the whole story. Same with The God Culture.  One does not need to watch every single one of their videos to know what they are made of. The same rule also applies to the flat earth nonsense.

In the matter of the flat earth what does it even mean to research it and prove all things as Timothy encourages? Does he expect people to become scientists and do actual research and observations in a systematic scientific way? It's the same with the rest of his series and theories. They are patently untestable and unreliable without a lot of field work. Not even Timothy tests them out as he does not go into the field and do actual archeological or geological work. He is an armchair expert who relies on the research of others often twisting it to fit his paradigm. He literally thinks that because he has read a few books and articles that he has found what no one else in the world has ever found, namely Ophir, The Garden of Eden, the Lost Tribes, etc. It's all nonsense from a nonexpert who has been nowhere and tested nothing!

If you want to learn some real Bible archeology this book is a good start:

Do I really need to watch hours of videos or read books before I reject the flat earth stupidity? No. I have been all over the world including to Antarctica.

In December the sun does not set in Antarctica. The night sky is also different in the southern hemisphere than from the northern hemisphere. There is the Southern Cross and the two Magellanic Clouds which are not visible in the northern night sky. Polaris is not visible in the south at all while Orion is pushed to the northern horizon and is not fully visible the further south one goes. From the Philippines one can see Polaris, Orion, and the Southern Cross because we are in the middle of the earth. All of that is because the earth is round. It is as round as Timothy Jay Schwab's head!

What does believing in a flat earth mean for Timothy Jay Schwab of the God Culture? It means all his videos about the Rivers of Eden are lies based on quackery. For sure he is no geologist or geographer.  Yet he has the gall to call his patently unscientific research scientific! Tim goes even further and claims he can interpret scientific research accurately while the scientists who actually did the research cannot!
Jubilees even leaves exact directions to the Garden and having mapped them we can tell you with 100% certainty that it is the Philippines. Which is confirmed by history, geography, science, language, and everything. The location of the rivers from Eden which we find even scientifically and it fits the passage as none of the older other theories out there actually do and even better the location of the Garden of Eden and the land of creation is completely confirmed by science even modern marine biologists themselves.  If they only knew what the ramifications are of their most recent findings. Which they do not because they do not believe the Bible.
https://youtu.be/hP5zxlXysIk?t=5419
How much more arrogant can Tim be than to say scientists don't understand their own research but he, a man totally untrained in science and believes the Earth is flat, does!?

The God Culture are idiots who believe the earth is flat and that faith in Christ is not the foundation of our salvation. They don't even believe the proper name for one who confesses faith in Christ is Christian or that the Apostles were or wanted to be called Christians!
And they infused that worship once again into the movement called Christianity by pagans which as pagans they took that title.  So the actual followers of Yahusha do not refer to themselves as Christians. The word is only in the Bible four times and it is really the onlookers calling them the "Christians" in a negative way which is not a name Paul wanted to adopt or any of the followers of Yahusha nor did they because if they did you would see it in the New Testament a thousand times not four.
https://youtu.be/JAdyZdkv9ag?t=2815
It actually appears three times and while the reference in Acts 11:26 could be interpreted as being attributed to onlookers and as negative the other two cannot.
Acts 26:28 Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.
29 And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.
Felix says he was almost persuaded to be a Christian and Paul says he wishes he was altogether such as him, a Christian! He accepts the term and adopts it to himself. Substitute "Christian" with the word "jerk" and see if it works.

The third reference is in a letter by Peter and the term is also not used in a negative way at all.
1 Peter 4:16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.
Let him not be ashamed? As Tim would say, yikes, yeesh, ugh, uh-oh! Imagine being so edgy as to call the name "Christian" pagan. Again substitute the word "jerk" for Christian. It doesn't fit! Christian is used in a positive sense in the scriptures every single time. Tim declines to tell us the proper name for a person who believes in Jesus Christ. I have a hunch it is Yahudim.

Tim can't even get it straight as to whether or not he is a minister.  From Sabbath Series Commentary:
0:50 "We don't even refer to ourselves as ministers but researchers."
https://youtu.be/AN4ArvfMR4w
But in the comment section of my blog he writes:
"We have always been a ministry but again, you don't know the meaning as you don't with anything, you assume whatever you want in fraud because you are a fraud."
http://philippinefails.blogspot.com/2020/05/the-god-culture-just-another-anti.html?showComment=1590120773933#c9017847126956008240
So, The God Culture is a ministry but no one who works there is a minister?  Who ever heard of a ministry with no ministers!?? While Tim did edit his webpage to erase any mention of him reentering the evangelistic ministry in the Philippines he did not edit out that his intention in starting a Youtube channel was to gather a following.
They chose the platform of YouTube to share their research initially in order to gather a following and after 3 years and over 9 million views from 214 countries on a teaching channel, The God Culture now brings this research directly to the public in conducting conferences beginning in the Philippines as much of the geography restored leads to that land.
https://www.thegodculture.com
This is in stark contrast to what he says elsewhere:
What a journey of truth this has been for us. Over 3 million views later we never thought a teaching series would gain so much interest but it continues to daily.  We love you Philippines by the way. We're not done with this though.
https://youtu.be/hP5zxlXysIk?t=2967
If Tim never thought the series would gain so much interest then why did he release so many high quality videos in quick succession when he first started back in 2017? The God Culture is NOT a fly-by-night operation. Tim registered the website back in 2013. He had obviously been working on this project for a long time before the first video appeared. The whole purpose was to gain a following just as his web page says. Why would he play coy? Why would you lie about something dumb like that?

Tim cannot even get his doctrine of salvation straight.  One moment he says we are not redeemed by the law.

https://youtu.be/8UpT5TILJvg?t=1134
18:54 Did the law of Moses save? Never! No one at anytime, no! Who preaches that the law is salvation? Think about this.  The Pharisees do.  That's not a Bible principle that's the Pharisees. Paul is condemning the Pharisees not the Old Testament or the Prophets whom he teaches from and reaffirms. Is one saved because they keep the sabbath?  Well we have been accused of saying that but we never have but no, sabbath and the law are not salvation.
The next moment he says we are!

https://youtu.be/08ZD_IwDkuU?t=2395
39:55 Now how are we freed from the law of sin and death? Uh-oh! It is the law of the Spirit of life, the law of Moses which frees us. The law written by the very finger of Yahuah Himself.  The law is what redeems us.
50:53 But ye are not in the flesh, under sin and death, so we're not to operate in the flesh but in the Spirit. That's the law of life, the law of Moses, operates in the Spirit. If so be that the Spirit of God, Yahuah, dwell in you. So how does Paul equate this? As we have seen several times thus far?  By keeping the law of life, I mean the law of Moses. That is what overcomes the law of sin and death. That is what it means to be in the Spirit.
Tim says only Pharisees teach salvation comes by the law. Tim also says the law redeems us and that to walk in the Spirit is to keep the law of Moses.  Therefore Tim is a Pharisee by his own admission! In fact it is the restoration of the Mosaic law by Filipinos in the Philippines during the end times that is the whole point of Timothy's teaching!

But what is the Mosaic law?  To hear Tim talk you'd think it's just the Big Ten. There are more than that.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08ZD_IwDkuU&amp=&lc=UgxuMEoC35uP2BzgzDV4AaABAg
rose ann lazinec: Is the Law of God just the 10 commandments? or does it include the 613 commandments?
The God Culture: The law is the Torah. All the writings of Moses. You will find the 10 commandments are it's core however. Breaking the minor laws usually break one of the 10. Yah Bless.
According to Tim the law of Moses is the entire Torah. All 613 laws of which 10 form a core. I'm not sure what he means by minor laws. The Torah is a whole and there are no minor laws. To break one is to break all. And they are ALL perpetual. Not just the Big Ten. Take the law of the Levitical priesthood for instance.  It is as eternal and binding as the sabbath which Tim ceaselessly harps on.
Exodus 40:15 And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office: for their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.
And how about this law?
Leviticus 15:18 The woman also with whom man shall lie with seed of copulation, they shall both bathe themselves in water, and be unclean until the even.
This is part of the eternal law of God which, according to Tim, Adam, Noah, and all the patriarchs kept.  It is a statute forever throughout their generations. Why does Tim not talk about it? Why doesn't he make snide comments about never hearing this law explained from the pulpit? Why do no Judaizing legalists ever talk about this law? After a man shtups his wife they are both unclean and need to bathe in water. Does Tim practice this law? Does he take a bath after he shtups his shiksa? He better or else he is a lawbreaker. Of course he is already a lawbreaker because his "marriage" is a violation of the law of Christ who forbids such relationships calling them adultery.

This is all very important becasue Tim says all of his teaching about the Philippines leads to the restoration of the Mosaic law by Filipinos in the end times. From "The Law of Sin and Death. What is it? NOT The Law of Moses! WHAT DID PAUL SAY?":
52:28 Now some have questioned how did we arrive here and I told you in the beginning in the last video in the introduction that we started in this whole path by just trying to find Ophir in the Bible. That's it.  We were testing is the Philippines Ophir and we got all the way here.  How does that happen? It happens because this is no mistake. This is exactly where that message leads.  See it's time for this people of Ophir especially to learn the law and restore it just as their prophecies say they will. This is not some disjointed ADD approach it's very systematic and we're leading here because this is where the prophecies lead. We are teaching how to fulfill the very prophecies of Ophir.  This is no minor task and as you can see we certainly do not take our role lightly. This is happening folks and the Philippines will rise. Many around the world will follow and they are already starting to join. We're almost there.
Tim's vision for the Philippines is a land where the Mosaic law in all of its fullness has been restored.  That necessarily includes a Levitical priesthood and sacrifices! Is there not enough bloodshed in these islands that Filipinos will have to revert from faith in the once for all sacrifice of Jesus Christ to offering up animals to Yahuah in the Holy of Holies which Tim claims is in the Garden of Eden and locates in the Philippines? Locates underwater in fact!
44:14 It's funny how we keep seeing that stones of fire and yet we've proven that the Garden of Eden is actually right there in the Philippines under the sea enclosed.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-nAf2cIvVU
So, according to Tim Enoch has lived for 4,000 years in a Garden under the sea? Now he's ripping off The Beatles! Somebody send a yellow submarine down there and get it on video! It's either there or it isn't. Time to put up or shut up Tim.

This is total madness and it's time for Timothy Jay Schwab of The God Culture to stop pretending he is a Christian. And let's not quibble about words here. The correct term for one who believes in Jesus Christ is Christian and not Yahudim. No Christian would say the law of Moses redeems us. No Christian would say that Jesus Christ has not fulfilled the law. No Christian would reject faith in Christ as the basis of our salvation as Tim does in Sabbath Series 5:
19:35 We aren't to just have faith in Yahusha. That’s not enough. That’s not it.  No, no, no, no. We are to keep His commandments.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-nAf2cIvVU
No Christian would say that to walk or operate in the Spirit is to keep the law of Moses as Tim does  several times in "The Law of Sin and Death. What is it? NOT The Law of Moses! WHAT DID PAUL SAY?".
16:55 Operating in the Spirit is operating in the law of Moses.
As I previously wrote this false soteriology is all a result of Tim's denial of the Trinity and especially the work of the Holy Spirit who seals us, works in us to produce fruits, and fills us with Himself. The promises of the Gospel are far more wonderful than a mere forensic justification and forgiveness of sin as most Protestants teach and the total opposite of the doctrine Tim is preaching. We become partakers of the divine nature receiving the same glory Christ had from all eternity and the Spirit of God dwells in us making us the temples of God. As He became like us so we become like Him. There is no room for any of that in Timothy's paradigm which is all about a Pharisaical keeping of the law. He cannot fathom the fact that there is a righteousness which exists totally apart from the law of Moses and it is to be found in Christ alone.
Romans 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;
22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference:
The law of Moses bears witness to a righteousness of God apart from the law of Moses and it comes by faith in Jesus Christ. That is basic Christian doctrine which Tim rejects and which his stupid new video on Romans 7 and 8 completely ignores as he hypocritically discusses Paul in two big out of context fragments overlooking the rest of the letter and his entire oeuvre! It is time for Tim to stop pretending that he has anything to do with Jesus Christ. He is a heretic outside of the Body of Christ and he has no inheritance with the saints in light. He thinks evil has a substance.
19:43 Principalities are Nephilim demon spirits. When a Nephilim dies their spirit becomes disembodied and it is pure evil because that is what they are. Every imagination of their heart is evil continually as it says in Genesis very clearly.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-nAf2cIvVU
There is no such thing as "pure evil."  Evil does not exist as a substance but is a privation of good. There are many kinds of evils. Evil like sin is an action, breaking the law. Evil like disease is the absence of health. Tim's doctrine of a creature being "pure evil" is Manichaeism and Zoroastrianism and in complete contrast to the scriptures. Nothing exists except God created it. Did God create this spirit which is "pure evil?" Instead of applying Genesis 6:5 to fallen, sinful men, like Jeremiah 17:9, he applies it to alleged angel/human half-breeds. This is the result of his silly Nephilim doctrine which comes from the unscriptural Book of Enoch.

Tim also thinks God is one member of a class of heavenly beings!
69:19  Notice how these all (names of the watchers) have El on the end of their names? That's because they are heavenly beings. El, Eloah, or Elohim is not a name of Yahuah. It's a title, a classification of a heavenly being to which Yahuah belongs but so do the angels so it is appropriate for both.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v-nAf2cIvVU
For Tim Yahuah is just one heavenly being among many such as the angels! What a blasphemous thing to say. To equate the creator with his creation. God and the angels he created do not belong to the same class of anything. God is not a being. God is beyond being. He is the author of all being.  He is not just one heavenly being among many and to say so shows that Tim is not a theologian and understands nothing about God. This teaching of his sheds more light on his doctrine, or lack thereof, of the Trinity. Tim's thoughts of God are poor, shallow, and heretical. Tim is a deceiver of the highest order and it is sad to see so many Filipinos following him on the broad road to hell.

Where do these people come from? The more I watch and the more I listen to their videos the more I realize these people, The God Culture and Timothy Jay Schwab, are from clown world!

Coronavirus Lockdown: Peeling Garlic, Sex Abuse, and More!

Are you keeping your distance and washing your hands?  Are you wearing a face mask at all times even when you eat? Well you better be because that is the only way to stop the virus form spreading.

These young people wore their masks while feeding their village.

https://cebudailynews.inquirer.net/311851/youth-group-in-cordova-village-initiates-feeding-program-amid-covid-19-crisis
(Actually, we are planning to also give small relief packs but we found out that our suplemental budget was already used by the higher officials
“Our feeding [program] started last May 6. First the money we spent is from the pocket of [our] SK Chairman Kerr Kevin Ventura,” he added.
With only P1,000, they bought ingredients of rice porridge, or commonly known as “lugaw,” for their feeding program.
A day after the first day, Reyes said that the group initiated a donation drive called “Bigas Donation Campaign” to sustain the needs of their campaign.
The SK federation conducts feeding programs twice a week and feed an estimated 150 to 250 persons in every purok (sub-village)
Reyes added that they decided to continue the project despite the lack of funds because they “don’t want their Day-Asanon to suffer from hunger” in this trying time.
As of this writing, the youth leaders already have conducted feeding programs to 10 puroks in their barangay.
They started with P1,000 but now with donations coming in they have more money and can feed more people.

More errors with the SAP money.

https://www.philstar.com/headlines/2020/05/16/2014358/error-grants-cash-aid-residents-dog
A supposed clerical error by workers of Barangay San Jose in Rodriguez, Rizal has denied a resident her financial aid from the national government, as the personnel supposedly listed the name of her dog instead of hers.
Nurharija Lim Rosqueta, who lives in Kasiglahan Village, told radio dzBB that she was denied her financial aid under the Social Amelioration Program because it was her dog Margarita that the barangay officials listed in the masterlist of SAP beneficiaries.
The report said Rosqueta produced identifying documents showing that the address indicated for her dog was her address, decrying how the barangay could not explain the error.
It added that Rosqueta sought to rectify the error in the barangay hall, lamenting how the “lousy” verification process made her queue amid intense wind and rains due to Typhoon Ambo for nothing.
Sounds like they didn't even give the dog money.

With the advent of COVID-19 the future of medicine is here. Telemedicine.

Vigos, AC Health’s technology arm, teamed up with Globe Telecom’s 917 Ventures to create HealthNow, a free web-based teleconsultation platform that connects patients to doctors without leaving their homes.
Christian Besler, AC Health chief digital officer, said at a press briefing yesterday that about 80 doctors were on the platform on any given day, including those who heeded the Department of Health’s call for pro bono medical services amid the public health crisis.
“We have seen a huge demand from the public in terms of requesting an appointment and scheduling to see a doctor or specialist like GPs (general practitioners),” Besler said.
HealthNow would soon be integrated into AC Health’s other digital platforms. By end-June, it would have mobile applications that should enable doctors to conduct paid consultations, Besler said.
“A lot of doctors will shift to this model but we will still keep some part of the service available for free to the public,” he said.
Raymund Paul Darroca, general manager of FamilyDoc, said apart from home services, laboratory and home vaccination offerings, the group would soon introduce drive-through labs.
“This means for elderly patients, senior patients with hypertension and diabetes, you don’t have to go down from your car, we will actually extract blood and specimen right at your car and that will reduce the [risk] exposure,” Darroca said.
That's great but it presupposes these people have a car and access to the internet. Plus there is nothing like a real doctor physically examining a patient. The internet will never replace that.

With the lockdown it was inevitable that this win charge would abuse their power.

https://www.rappler.com/newsbreak/in-depth/260588-prostitutes-abused-by-cops-first-cross-coronavirus-border
Armed with a gun, and now with more stringent rules at their disposal, some policemen have coerced their way to get what they want from Filipino women who are forced to sell their bodies to survive.
As the lockdown dragged, these women – and men – were left with little choice but to give in to their armed tormentors.
With children and nephews to feed, Marivic knew she had no choice but to meet a married man who had been repeatedly texting her. But to get to him, she would have to walk several kilometers, get past a checkpoint, and walk several kilometers more.
Desperate for cash, she walked several kilometers for over two hours until she reached a small tent with some policemen and a familiar face. It was Andres*, one of the first policemen who gave her cash for sex when she was still a teenager.
Their first encounters were straightforward. But after several years, he replaced cash with threats of arrest to have sex.
Andres was notorious for abusing prostituted women in their town. During the lockdown, he and other policemen would knock on prostituted women's houses and rape them, Marivic told Rappler.
Marivic knew Andres would not let her pass unless she gave him what he wanted. So she had to once again strip down and submit to Andres just to provide for her family.
Andres drove her back to her house to be raped. "Nakakahiya pero desperado na talaga ako noon eh (it's embarrassing but I was really desperate at that time)," Marivic told Rappler.
After the rape, Andres gave her a loaf of bread and P150. Then he offered her a ride to get to her customer.
This was their arrangement during the lockdown: trading sex for an ECQ pass plus transportation.
That article continues with several other stories in the same vein. PNP Chief Gamboa's reply to this story was that the women should name the cops who abused them. That is easy to say but not so easy to do when those same men can easily take your life.

It's certainly exciting to see the Philippines catching up technologically with the rest of the world sine the pandemic hit.  It's not like their is much of a choice though.  One town is using this new technology to track citizens.

https://cebudailynews.inquirer.net/312134/consolacion-town-has-application-to-monitor-movements-of-residents-while-under-gcq
Consolacion, a town in northern Cebu, is using technology to keep track of the movements of the residents now that they are under the general community quarantine (GCQ).
Town Mayor Joannes Alegado said that an artificial intelligence (AI)-based application called Conan is utilized by the municipal government to form a database of all residents leaving and entering the town.
He said since the municipality of Consolacion has been placed under GCQ, more residents, especially workers, are expected to leave their homes. The application would help monitor the residents location’s for a particular day.
Quarantine passes, which contain QR codes, are scanned every time the holder goes through checkpoints, which would be downloaded to the database, forming a catalog of the movement of the residents.
Through Conan’s location logger, the mayor noted that the database would help in the contact tracing of positive COVID-19 patients.
Quarantine passes with scannable QR codes to track the movements of all citizens.  The picture with the Stormtrooper scanning a man really fits this story.

Actor Dingdong Dantes is now on the frontlines battling COVID-19.

https://entertainment.inquirer.net/376331/look-dingdong-dantes-joins-relief-efforts-as-marine-reservist
Actor Dingdong Dantes and his fellow reservists of the Marine Affiliated Reserve Combat Service Support Batallion (MARCSSBn) handed out food packs, personal protective equipment (PPEs) and other goods to frontliners stationed at checkpoints in Pasay City.
Dantes, a lieutenant commander of the Philippine Navy, took to Instagram yesterday, May 21, to share with fans a glimpse of him in uniform and thank other reservists and frontliners manning checkpoints throughout Luzon.
The food distributed by Dantes and his colleagues were prepared by the actor’s wife, Marian Rivera. The actress has been using her cooking skills to help frontliners since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nothing self-serving here.  It's all about self-sacrifice.

With jobs being lost due to the lockdowns people are having to try different things.

https://www.gmanetwork.com/news/news/metro/739409/peeling-garlic-is-helping-some-tondo-residents-survive-the-covid-19-lockdown/story/
Some get to cook dishes without even getting garlicky hands because of the labor of garlic peelers like Cherylyn Lacosta and other women of Parola in Tondo, Manila.
Manual peeling like what Lacosta does  -- using small cutter blades -- is painful on the hands, and the pay is small -- P70 pesos for every 14 kilos of peeled garlic -- but it's the only source of income that she can have as jobs are hard to come by in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Lacosta said her husband has not been able to work, and thus, have no income, for the last two months since the lockdown.
There is about 20 garlic bulbs in a kilo which means this lady will have to peel 280 bulbs for a measly 70 pesos. Slave labour basically.

The PNP is hard at work around the country manning checkpoints and making sure people are wearing face masks in public. It's a thankless task.  Mostly.

https://cebudailynews.inquirer.net/312519/minglanilla-cops-receive-thank-you-letter
Arguing or explaining rules to hot-tempered individuals is a scene that is no longer new or shocking to policemen, who are assigned in one of the quarantine control points (QCPs) in Minglanilla town, Cebu, during the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) and now general community quarantine (GCQ).
So when Police Master Sergeant Christopher Cesa, assigned in Barangay Tungkop QCP of the town, saw a black card on their table beside the box where identification cards for those entering the town are placed, he thought it was a death threat card.
But Cesa was moved when he got to read the card as it turned out to be a letter thanking the policemen of their efforts of keeping the town safe.
(I did not expect that it was a letter because we have a lot of people who argued with us because we would allow them to enter or pass through the QCP because of the one time pass.)
The letter said Cesa, commended the policemen for performing their tasks well even when it was not an easy one.
According to Cesa, they never met who the sender of the letter was as it was only left in their table, but the small gesture has made the day for him and his fellow policemen.
(We feel energized knowing that there are also people who see the efforts of our security force and not just those whom we often argue along the way.)
Cesa said that their hearts were really touched by the gesture, and this made them realize that their efforts did not go to waste and unnoticed.
Somebody left what at first glance appeared to be a death threat on the table of the checkpoint the PNP are manning and was able to do so unseen? Why was nobody at the table?  Where were the cops?

An 82-year-old man from Rodriguez, Rizal had to walk for six kilometers just to ask for cash aid after his wife suffered from a stroke.
According to Maki Pulido's report on "24 Oras," Gracias Frivaldo started walking at 4:30 am just to reach the municipal hall and seek aid.
Linda Jimenez, 78, was also there on behalf of her only child, who likewise suffered a stroke.
The two of them were among the many senior citizens who waited for hours outside the municipal hall to seek aid amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic.
However, they were told the mayor was not around and other employees of the municipal social work development were also out of office.

A senior citizen who survived a stroke was reduced to begging for alms just to survive amid the general community quarantine in Rodriguez, Rizal.
In Maki Pulido's report for "24 Oras," Esther Vargas, 77, said her child lost their job when the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) lockdowns were imposed.
She did not receive aid from the Social Amelioration Program (SAP), so she has no choice but to ask strangers for help.
Residents of Rodriguez, including many senior citizens, have been visiting the municipal hall in the hopes of getting some assistance.
However, they have yet to speak to anyone from the municipal social welfare department (MSWD).
It appears the government is not in a hurry to help these people. Thank goodness for Filipino hospitality right? None of them will go starving thanks to that! At least that is how it is for one community.

https://cebudailynews.inquirer.net/312630/tisa-resident-helps-feed-hungry-community-amid-pandemic
After learning about the inconveniences that their neighborhood was facing during these trying times, a 40-year-old Barangay Tisa resident stepped up to help the community by feeding them everyday with porridge.
Ghen Camañero of Sitio San Miguel, Barangay Tisa, Cebu City told CDN Digital that for almost a month she has been giving out food to their community after learning that some of them were having a hard time getting something to eat during this pandemic.
“Some families have lots of kids but parents (having) no permanent jobs they were struggling even more when the ECQ happened because they had no savings at all then, No Work No Pay,” she said.
“The subsidy from the government was still not enough, (there were) lots of hungry kids in our sitio. Some families didn’t receive the subsidy for some reason. That’s why I tried to organized a feeding program in our sitio and ask help to all friends in social media, and thanks for them for trusting me,” she said.
Camañero started the feeding program just this May and has been feeding the residents in their community every day from 8 to 9 in the morning.
“For those who would want some porridge for their family they can come to our house bringing their own containers, with face masks and should observe social distancing before we can give them the food,” she said.
In a day they can feed at least 60 to 80 individuals in their community.
Camañero was able to pull off the feeding program with the help of her friends and some private individuals online who extended their help.
Camañero said that as long as there would be funds to support their cause they would be extending their help to their community even with just one simple meal everyday.
How many more Good Samaritans are you there feeding their communities?

More cops have been caught violating the liquor ban.

https://dailyguardian.com.ph/cop-3-others-caught-anew-for-violating-liquor-ban/
Police Staff Sergeant Joe Marc Ebon, 37, was arrested by his superiors at the quarantine control checkpoint in Barangay Velasco, Lemery, Iloilo at around 2:30 p.m. of May 21, 2020.
Policemen seized 69 boxes of Tanduay Rhum (375 ml) from the vehicle.
69 boxes of Tanduay Rhum! Who is their suppler?

https://news.mb.com.ph/2020/05/21/another-cop-caught-illegally-transporting-liquor-in-iloilo/
No word on how many boxes of booze were in that van.

We all know about the brouhaha over the closure of ABS-CBN but did you know the PCOO is telling the government to help bail out the media because they are losing money due to the pandemic?

https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1103774
Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar urged government agencies to allocate funds for advertisement to help media companies survive from the economic impact of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic.
Andanar made this remark after receiving reports that some private media companies have started reducing manpower due to quarantine measures imposed in the entire Luzon on March 16 to contain the Covid-19 outbreak.
“Ipaglaban niyo ang iyong advertising budget niyo, allocate niyo and distribute equally sa private media (Fight for your advertising budget, allocate it and distribute it equally to private media),” Andanar said in a meeting with the heads of private media in Baguio City on Saturday
He said private media’s capability to find news and disseminate them has been affected due to economic reasons.
“Pag sarado ang negosyo, walang advertisement, walang pangkabuhayan ang media company. Kung walang pagkukunan ng revenue, walang pangpasweldo (If businesses are closed, there is no advertisement, so media company has no source of income. If there is no revenue, there is no funds for salaries),” Andanar said.
He also encouraged the government media to help their private counterpart in disseminating news and information.
It seems rather hypocritical in light of the ABS-CBN shutdown and Congress' refusal to fast track a bill to grant them an operating franchise.

Another superhero has appeared in the midst of the pandemic.  This one does chores.

https://twitter.com/CarloMolinaINQ/status/1264130111994884096
Locked down inside his home due to the spiraling coronavirus pandemic, a “superhero” is left with nothing to do but maximize his special powers to carry out ordinary tasks in his bid to kill boredom.
This fictional storyline apparently came to life when a Filipino photographer created a photo set portraying himself as a superhuman who uses his extraordinary powers to perform usual household chores like preparing food, cleaning the house, and doing the laundry.
Michael Perfecto, a freelance lensman based in Quezon City, told Inquirer that his creations were inspired by his penchant for food and product photography,  and simply from the idea of being stuck at home because of quarantine restrictions.
Perfecto also said he drew motivation for designing his content from the new Netflix series Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief.
The pictures are very good. Nice trick photography.

Many PNP officers have contracted COVID-19 and have been placed under quarantine.  This has affected the day-to-day operations of two stations.
https://cebudailynews.inquirer.net/312661/two-police-stations-operations-affected-as-most-cops-still-under-quarantine
As the Carbon and the San Nicolas Police Stations’ personnel still await for the clearance to get back to work after two to three weeks under quarantine, buy-bust operations and community engagements for these two police stations have stopped for the meantime,
Both Police Captain Alvin Llamedo, Carbon Police station (Police Station 5) chief, and Police Major Eduard Sanchez, San Nicolas Police Station (Police Station 6) chief, said that aside from the paperworks, they were now limited to only monitoring the security in their area and relying on the augmented personnel who were tasked to perform regular duties on the streets on behalf of the personnel under quarantine.
The Carbon Police Station policemen including Llamedo, who are 47 all in all, have been placed under quarantine for at least two weeks now.
Meanwhile, all 56 police officers of the San Nicolas Police Station have also been placed under quarantine  in the same period.
Sanchez said that of the 56, 36 were under office quarantine while the others were placed under home quarantine.
He also said that five of the station’s police officers were also found positive of the virus.
Sanchez said that all newly arrested persons were being detained in a bus that had served as a detention cell for their station as of the moment.
Has a situation like this ever happened before? This real world experience will hopefully give the PNP ideas on how to face situations like this in the future.

Manning ECQ checkpoints is not an easy job.

https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1280657/ecq-checkpoint-volunteer-beaten-up-killed-in-cebu-city-covid-19-hot-spot
A volunteer at a COVID-19 checkpoint at the village of Mambaling here was killed after being beaten up by three still unidentified men early on Monday (May 25).
The victim, identified only as a certain Agu, suffered multiple wounds and bruises.
He was brought to the hospital but was declared dead on arrival there.
Cpl. Noel Timagos, of the Mambaling police station, said the victim was beaten up around 1 a.m. on Wednesday in his house at the village. Mambaling is among COVID-19 hot spots in the city.
Agu, Timagus, was not familiar to the residents of Mambaling since he did not have relatives in the village.
According to results of initial police investigation, Agu served as volunteer at the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) checkpoint at the village.
So if Agu was not familiar to anyone in the village then what was he doing there in the first place? How was he able to volunteer at the checkpoint if he was an unknown person?

Two Filipinos made it to the front page of the New York Times.

https://globalnation.inquirer.net/187934/2-filipinos-on-historic-ny-times-page-one-memorial-for-covid-19-fatalities
Two Filipino women — a cancer survivor and one who arranged feeding programs for poor children in the Philippines — were on the list of the New York Times’ historic front page memorial for nearly 100,000 fatalities of COVID-19 in the United States
Both women were also the first confirmed COVID-19 fatalities where they lived in the US — Los Angeles County and New Port News in Virginia, according to multiple reports in the US.
Both were on the front page of the NYT and both were the first in their towns to die from COVID-19. A double whammy!

More Pinoy ingenuity!

https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1280335/family-designs-disinfection-unit-for-health-workers
Concern over the safety of loved ones who may be exposed to COVID-19 have inspired a family of doctors and entrepreneurs to design and produce a modified disinfection unit (MDU) that sprays health workers with alcohol just before they take off their personal protective equipment (PPE).
The strong blast of 70 percent ethanol or isopropyl alcohol is intended to eliminate harmful fomites or infection-causing materials that may have attached themselves to the PPE while a health worker is on duty.
The MDUs are donated to hospitals treating COVID-19 patients by Favori Ventures Inc. (Favori).
“Even before the lockdown was announced … we were very concerned about protecting our loved ones from this deadly virus since most of them will be … front-liners,” said Mike Tripon, owner and director of Favori who comes from a family of “doctors and dentists.”
“We [also] consulted with … doctor-friends [and doctors] and dentists in the family about how we could help them with our existing technology,” Tripon said in an email.
As the quarantine wore on, Mike Tripon said discussions at mealtimes included stories of “senior doctors active on COVID floors” who were worried about having only “makeshift” doffing areas.
“These areas are not adequately equipped and sometimes there is even lack of safety officers,” he said.
Family members put their heads together and eventually designed a .27 x .27-square-meter area that is 1.8 meters tall “with sticky overlapped PVC [polyvinyl chloride] curtains to help contain the alcohol (blast) and an external box that contains a nano particle generator.”
He explained that the MDU’s generator “turns liquid alcohol into [a] nano particle-sized dry alcohol mist that doesn’t leave a wet mess like other misting systems.”
“When a health worker in full PPE steps in, the misting is activated … [it] sprays for 20 seconds and stops when the person exits. It automatically disinfects the unit before the next person enters. It is an alcohol bath chamber,” he said.
It's good that people are doing what they can and making all kinds of innovative products but it just goes to show how ill equipped and backward the nation really is.

Remember the illegal hospital for Chinese COVID-19 patients?

https://newsinfo.inquirer.net/1280668/2-chinese-in-unlicensed-clark-covid-19-hospital-walk-free
But formal complaints have been delayed pending the issuance of a certification from the FDA that will establish that medicines recovered from the raided Fontana Villa No. 628 and a warehouse were “untested by FDA and hence illegal,” Col. Amante Daro, CIDG chief in Central Luzon, said on Monday (May 25).
The Chinese nationals, Hu Ling, who was described by CIDG as the supervisor, and Lee Seung Hyun, the supposed pharmacist of the facility, were “released on the same day of their arrest, with no charges or cases filed against them,” said Simon Wu, Fontana assistant general manager.
Does the PNP really not have probable cause to hold them until formal charges are filed? They were caught redhanded operating an illegal hospital and pharmacy! What is going on here?

The AFP drop more leaflets in remote areas this week.

https://www.pna.gov.ph/articles/1103862
“The information in the leaflets includes the symptoms, how it spreads and how it can be prevented. We already conducted aerial dropping in Sorsogon, Albay and other far-flung areas in the region,” he said.
Abad said the airdropping operations aim to reach people in remote areas in disseminating information about the prevailing health crisis.
Asked when will the next aerial dropping be conducted, Abad said there is no schedule yet "but every time we have a chance to fly and we can drop leaflets, we do it”.
Aside from leaflets on Covid-19, he said TOG-5 also dropped information materials on the deception and harassment activities of communist terrorist groups in Bicol region.
Does dropping leaflets do anything more than litter the countryside?  Are they effective at all?
