Thera: Although I appreciate your efforts, I truly do. I must say regrettably you are using a one witness approach which is not scriptural. Scripture is clear that we need to measure time and space with three witnesses: the sun, moon and stars in tandem with each other. The heavens above are a time piece a perfect time piece, one could call it a clock. How many hands are on a clock? Three. You can’t simply tell time without the other witnesses. To add to that further you must understand the revolutions or sidereal cycle… the sun has a cycle of 365.25 days annually that is measured repeatedly aka empirical evidence. The moon’s cycle is 354 days annually, and sidereal month of 27.32 synodic month of 29.5. The stars move 23.94 hours a day not 24 hours again observable and repeatable. All this averages out to a total of 364 days per year just as stated by Enoch. I pray you keep digging to find the true Hebrew calendar that Enoch, Noah, Shem, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob etc all followed. The sun, moon, and stars work in tandem to tell us the times and seasons. The commenter ends by offering encouragement to Tim in finding the right calendar.

You just said the only way one can qualify as a 2nd witness is it must be only the moon in a completely stupid false paradigm. How wrong. Then, you change scripture which says out of the mouth of 2 or 3, not 3, and you qualify the thousands of stars as 1 witness which is very inept and false. You don't even understand the meaning of the word "or" incapable of rendering even a sentence or phrase with accuracy so you my friend are no witness and you are peddling lies. You only missed the thousands of witnesses and that's really poor. Skip Wilson: I've got a question. Maybe you've answered it before and I missed it, if so I apologize. But my question is this, Since Enoch was as far removed from the flood on his side of it, as we are on our side of it, how did the "book of Enoch" survive the flood? Seems to me Parchment wouldn't do well in a flood, or likely ever be found in the sediment.. Just asking. Thanks
