Basketball Hoop in the Middle of the Street

What better place to put a basketball half-court than in a 3-way intersection!

What could possibly go wrong? Right? I mean aside from getting hit by a car, having the ball hit a car, blocking traffic, and just being a nuisance, what could possibly go wrong?

How about putting a single hoop in the MIDDLE of the street!?

Yeah nothing wrong with that right? I mean nothing at all! It's just a basketball hoop in the middle of the street impeding the flow of traffic.
