Here's something disturbing and weird to walk into: a beauty pageant for day care children.
The Vice Mayor, El Cid, was the emcee.
I have no idea what is going on with this pageant but it seems pretty straight forward. A young boy and girl are both coronated King and Queen of Day Care. Seems a little creepy though. Very Toddlers and Tiaras.
I suppose this pageant is just a further manifestation of Filipino's obsessiveness with beauty pageants.
