President Rodrigo Duterte has now been in office for one whole year. 365 days. 525,600 minutes. How do you measure a year? How about in insults and hyperbole and cursing and blasphemies that come out of Duterte's mouth every time he opens it? He said it was his "constitutional right" to express his anger against media.
"Us, how about our freedom? We have our freedom of expression to express our anger and that is also my constitutional right. You are bullshit," he said.
After another slew of insults, he ended his speech abruptly by saying: "You want to know my sentiments? Fuck you. Salamat (Thank you)."
