Is Tanduay using the PNP in its advertising campaign? It sure seems that way.
Is there any other country where a liquor company is allowed to use the police to promote their product? In the second picture the banner is not on PNP grounds and is just a tarp. But in the first picture there is an official PNP insignia, the sign is not a flimsy banner but is made of plastic and lit up internally, and in addition to this banner there is also, on the top of the PNP building, (which I did not take picture of), another huge banner advertising Tanduay. Is Tanduay paying the PNP for advertising space?
The marriage of the PNP with Tanduay is disturbing. Of course no one cares and I doubt either the PNP or Tanduay would understand what makes this advertising campaign completely inappropriate. How much crime is the result of drunkenness?
What's next? Cigarettes companies making banners for hospitals?
