Right now there is a tropical storm battering the Philippines and dumping buckets of rain. Lots of flooding and wind and nastiness everywhere.
But the neighbours have chosen to leave their dog tied up to a tree across the street from their house rather then bring him into the safety and dryness inside their gate.
Why?
Right now the wind is blowing hard and the rain is coming down like a sheet and I know the dog is cowering in the mud next to the tree to which he is tied up!
How can these people be so cruel? So mean? Whey even own a dog if you aren't going to take care of it??
There is simply no excuse for this behaviour.
