The campaign season for 2019 has not yet begun but already Bong Go campaign banners have begun to appear across the country. Here are two I have seen.
I also saw a truck covered in Bong Go campaign materials but my camera, sadly, was not ready. Who is paying for this? Is this even legal? Is campaigning outside of the designated campaign timeframe legal? Are these even campaign posters or is there a fine line being skirted here so that the answer is practically "Yes" but technically "No"? I don't think Bong Go has even announced his candidacy yet.
Of course the only reason he would run for the Senate is because Duterte told him to do so. And that is no reason to run for Senate or vote for him or anyone.
