Horny and hungry. There's really not much else to Mocha Uson. Her brain is focused on pleasure. All she thinks about is what she will eat and how she will get off. She's like a beast of the field. Being enslaved to her desires makes her that much less of a human being. Mocha is led by her desires and not by her reason. There is no higher life in her soul. Her soul is completely tied to earthly pleasures. There is no suppression of pleasure in order to strive towards the Good. She would probably have no idea what that means anyway. Like many she is at home in the City of Man and has not even begun the trek to the City of God.

Is this the kind of person that should be in the government? At any level?  Of course not. Men guided by reason and wisdom should be the ones ruling.  Men and women whose lives revolve around their base desires have no place in the ruling class at any level.
